When I started trying to loose weight I was so afraid of failing. I thought for sure nothing I did would work but I was wrong. I just kept at it day after day and 50 pounds later I feel great.
I have gotten in the habit of only watching my favorite tv shows while I’m working out. If I want to binge watch the latest netflix show I force myself to do it on the treadmill. I only choose shows that I’m really into and it really helps. It’s a great way to force myself to get off my butt and move!
