I have been meal planning for the last year or so. It really all started out of necessity. I needed to save money on food and eat better. So I decided to start meal planning.
While I’m still not perfect at meal planning, I think it has helped me tremendously. I’m not longer throwing out rotten food that didn’t get eaten. I’m down to spending around $50/week on groceries and I’ve lost 30 pounds!
Meal Planning is Hard Work
The biggest problem that I have with meal planning is the time involved. I try to do everything I can to make the process a bit smoother which is why I came up with these meal planner stickers, perfectly sized for The Happy Planner.
I take a look at what’s in my fridge at the end of each week and decide on meals based on that. I write my shopping list on a separate piece of paper usually. I plan each meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks that way I know exactly how much I need to buy at the store.

I love your meal planning stickers! Thank you!!! There are tons of free printable meal planning stickers out there but they don’t work for me because their either with other stickers that I don’t need/use (hydration, appointments, etc) or there’s room for only one meal a day.
