Hi paper crafters! If you do project life than you are probably in full swing creating those first few layouts for 2015. This will actually be the first time that I do project life style scrapbooking for the full year. I have done a similar style for my December Daily but never for a full year and never at the full 12″ x 12″ size. I am excited to work on it. I think it’s a quick, easy way to scrapbook that looks great. There are so many resources out there for free printables and free SVG files how can these project life layouts not come out looking amazing.
I started off week 1 with a clean black and white theme. I added little bits of gold and blue here and there. I made a couple of printables and some handwritten SVG files to embelish.
I am a little bit behind and should probably already be working on week 4 but it takes me a while to get my photos all organized. I tend to leave them on my camera for quite a while. Week 2 is still focusing on black and white with a little bit of blue, pink and gold thrown in there. Again, I used printables, SVG files and even a few stamps to embelish the journaling cards.
I love the gold details and sparkle on the page. I like to combine stickers and SVG files together to create a unique jouraling card. Never forget the beauty that stitching adds. I did a cute zig zag stitch across this card and I love the way it came out.
Since this is my first year doing the 12″ x 12″ project life layouts I am learning which layouts I like and which ones I don’t. I usually notice a preference for one or the other whenever I check out project life on Pinterest and I can see why. Some are just easier to work with than others. I hope you enjoyed this project life inspiration post. Happy crafting!
