I also posted a video of the recipe box and asked my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/ScrappyCraze\">YouTube<\/a> subscribers if they would be interested in a tutorial on how to make it. I had a lot of great responses and there was definitely some interest in a recipe box tutorial.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I am happy to say that this tutorial is now available. I did a video for putting the box together and made a printable PDF template for the pieces of the box. I hope you all enjoy the tutorial and hopefully make a recipe box yourselves. There is a lot of versatility in this box and it could potentially be used for more than just recipes. I must just make mine into a desk organizer.<\/p>\n<h3>Supplies<\/h3>\n<p>The supplies needed to make this recipe box are really easy and stuff every paper crafter probably already has.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chipboard &#8211; If you don&#8217;t have medium weight chipboard use a cereal box. You can glue two cereal boxes together to make it very thick. Chipboard could also be substituted for another medium such as cardboard if that&#8217;s more convenient.<\/li>\n<li>Patterned paper and\/or cardstock<\/li>\n<li>Scissors<\/li>\n<li>Adhesive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is also helpful if you have something to make score marks with and a ruler.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Make a Recipe Box<\/h2>\n<p>The easiest way for me to show you how to make this recipe box is by actually making one on video.
