I was sitting around designing some vintage elements the other day while also thinking about buttons. My mind works in mysterious ways, what can I say. I realized that I couldn’t find any vintage button card printable, which is completely unacceptable in my book. So I decided to make one and share it with you. I give you my free vintage button card printable.

Ah, if only things still cost 10 cents, I would buy EVERYTHING. The actual card should only be 2.5″ by 3.5″ but I made the borders a little wide to give you room to cut it out (see my example below). In my example I used an ATC card die cut from Tim Holtz and it worked quite perfectly for this. I think the hardest part was finding some vintage buttons around the house that matched the vintage beauty of this free printable.

You are free to use it as you like on your cards, scrapbook layouts, other mixed media and paper projects. I would love to see your work so don’t forget to share pictures. I put together this birthday card using the free vintage button card.

Buttons, gears, twine and burlap. What more could a girl ask for? I made this card almost entirely from scraps. Scrap metal, scrap paper and scrap burlap. I am a scrap hoarder and have baskets of the stuff. It is nice to have a little project to use all of those scrap bits of goodness on. I sewed my buttons to the card in true vintage style but hot glue would work just the same.

Vintage Button Card Printable
